The Micro Bangers headline this Saturday’s fix of stock car action at the Racewall

BriSCA F2 Stock Cars

The BriSCA F2 Stock Cars will make their first outing following the fantastic World
Championship Semi-Finals a week ago. The winner of Semi-Final 1, 16 Craig Wallace is
currently leading the track championship by 67 points, from 854 Robbie Dawson. Can he
extend that gap on Saturday night? 391 Gregor Turner has been upgraded to blue following
his final win last Saturday night, whilst 92 John Hogg will be racing from the red grade after
he won the final at Barford last Sunday. 17 Paul Reid will make his second appearance at the
red grade since 1999 and he will be joined on track by brother 217 Craig Reid, who achieved
a fine points haul last Saturday evening. English visitor 142 Jonathan Hadfield plans on making a return visit following last weeks Semi-Final meeting.

Saloon Stock Cars

The Saloon Stock Cars will make their final Racewall appearance before their World
Championship hosted by Autospeed next weekend. We are delighted to welcome 157 Max
Stott to the Racewall on what will be his first appearance here. The Track Championship
battle continues to bubblre along nicely with 15 points separating Superbowl Champion 684
Ian McLaughlin and 670 Ross Watters. There is an equally intriguing battle for third also,
between 207 Greg Honeyman and 85 Kyle Irvine with just one point separating the pair
currently. 219 Luke Grief made a welcome return to racing last week and will hope to build
on results whilst 602 Jamie Connacher aims to race for the first time this season. 5 Tam
Rutherford Jnr took a few good results last weekend whilst 125 Euan Mathieson is poised to
continue his debut season in the Saloons.

1300 Stock Cars

The little cousins of the Saloon Stock Cars will make their first Racewall outing following
their Great Northern Championship at Barford three weeks ago. The event was won by 211
Grant McGowan, from 686 Deek Campbell and 642 Lisa Freebairn. 668 Fraser Clark cut the
gap on 661 Fraser Anderson in the points considerably last time out to just 17 points. Can he
cut that gap down more on Saturday evening? 66 Stu McCaig had some brilliant results last
time out although he has been upgraded to blue for August. 41 Michael Byers, 157 Michael
Moyes and 336 Robbie Bruce aim to return to the track after missing the last meeting.

Micro Bangers

The Micro Bangers will make their final Racewall outing of 2017. Last time out 159 Callum
Campbell won the Scottish Supreme Championship, from 158 Gary Chambers and 58 Ryan
Thompson. 456 Stevie Allan currently leads the track points and is set to continue that, with
271 Marc Dalgarno giving chase in second. Another race winner the last time the Micro
Bangers raced at Cowdenbeath 255 David Linton, will look to catch 180 Sean McConnachie
for third in the track points.
