One of the best meetings of the season roars back into life as the Unlimited Banger World Cup returns to Cowdenbeath Racewall and it promises absolute carnage from start to finish.
This is not just another meeting… this is the night where the biggest, toughest cars go head to head with one goal – survive the chaos and take the title. With drivers travelling from across the UK all chasing glory, the Racing for Ramsay 70 Trophy is also up for grabs alongside a £1,250 winner’s prize.
From the moment the green flag drops, expect full-contact action, huge hits and non-stop drama. From the World Cup race itself to the Junior Bangers and the ever entertaining Saloon Stock Cars, it’s a packed night with something happening every time the cars hit the track.
Prize Pot Madness for Unlimited Drivers:
£3,000 initial prize pot with £1,250 to the World Cup winner!
30+ cars = £500 boost
40+ cars = £1,000 boost
More cars. More cash. More chaos.
The Junior Bangers also take centre stage with the Racing for Ramsay 70 race, supported by a fantastic group of sponsors. William and Amanda Mitchell have kindly donated a £70 McGill Motorsport voucher for the winner, with top three trophies from Camy’s Car Care. FRD Garage Services add even more prizes including Driver of the Meeting.
There’s added emotion on the night too, as Cole and Scott Ramsay Jnr take to the track in honour of their late dad, with this marking Cole’s final Junior Banger meeting — making it a race that means far more than just silverware.
With a growing entry list and prize money increasing as more cars sign in, the stakes couldn’t be higher. The more cars that take to the track… the bigger the chaos and the bigger the reward.
Backing up the main event, Junior Bangers and Saloon Stock Cars ensure a relentless night of action from start to finish.
If you’ve never experienced the Banger World Cup before, this is the one to tick off the list. Noise, atmosphere, crashes and chaos — this is stock car racing at its wildest.
