This is a low expense formula which is proving popular with drivers new to the sport

The cars are usually Astras with either roll cage or an “H” frame and a bolted on door plate for driver protection.

It is a nudge and spin formula and must use a control tyre rather than a racing tyre.

It is an exciting formula and has evolved over the years when initially Sierras were the dominant car.
