A fantastic nights entertainment enthralled those in the stands and terracing with a full-bloodied line up of contact classes. 618 Stuart Shevill Jnr and 600 Barry Russell shared the wins in a trio of hard fought affairs (Eck Cunningham also winning the Whites and Yellows race), whilst 760 John Mason rolled back the years in the Prostocks taking a heat and Final double following a nail-biting first heat which was won by 1476 Ricky White. Mark Dalgarno picked up a hatrick of wins in the Bangers which were at their entertaining best, particularly in the Destruction Derby where Mark faced of against 25 Rodney Herron.
