The large crowd in attendance on Saturday evening were treated to a packed 15 race programme all completed in around 3 and a half hours which saw plenty of incident and controversy. 64 Marc Fortune took his first Racewall final win of the season overcoming on the last bend Cornishman 797 Dan Moss. The Final followed an explosive Heat 1 which saw a large number of cars exit in a pile up on the pit bend. The Saloon Stock Cars served up four spectacular races of full-bloodied contact racing with a variety shunts, spins and crashes which left the crowd wondering where to lok next. The Stock Rods once again served up incredibly fast and close racing with 372 Steven Alexander becoming the third different Final winner in as many meetings whilst 55 Tam Melrose mastered the tricky conditions by dominating the evenings Prostocks racing.
