The Banger World Cup provided the usual thrills and spills as the drivers put on a great show in front of a large crowd on a sunny evening at the Racewall. The feature race was won by the defending champion 382 Jack Foster Jnr after the longtime leader 331 Jason Jackson was taken out by rival 474 Matty Threkeld. In the Saloon Stock Cars 357 Jonny Laing took a hatrick of wins from the White Grade whilst the 1300 Stock Cars saw 577 Criag Millar win the Final after 68 Brian Allen had taken both heats.
