News And Updates
22nd December 2020
All at GMP Scotland would like to wish everyone connected to the sport a very Happy Christmas Despite the ongoing pandemic continuing to impact on all our lives, we hope that you are able to celebrate the festive season in whatever way you can whilst staying safe and protecting each other.
Whilst the impact on our activities, like many other businesses, has been significant, we have been buoyed by the goodwill and support over the past 9 months. Whilst the track action has been limited to practice and behind closed doors sessions there has been a lot of hard work put in maintaining and tidying up the stadium as well as a few upgrade projects.
We plan for 2021 with enthusiasm.
2021 Driver Licences are available on our website (alongside instructions for those who held 2020 licences with us in our domestic formulas seeking to relicense for free).
Fixture planning continues but with two National formulas we are reliant on the building of the national fixture list which for understandable reasons is taking more time than usual, and therefore the publication of the final fixture list may be slightly later than usual. Our season opener is planned for Saturday 13th March, subject to government restrictions allowing the attendance of spectators.
Until we are able to meet and Let the Sparks Fly once again – stay safe and Merry Christmas.
