Cowdenbeath Racewall has always delivered motorsport at its rawest: roaring engines, packed grandstands and unforgettable Saturday nights. That will never change.
But while the racing remains proudly unchanged, the way fans experience it is moving forward. Racewall is investing in technology, connectivity and better facilities to bring this much-loved stadium confidently into the age of technology – while protecting everything that makes it special.
This is about more than upgrades. It is about investing in Racewall’s future: giving fans more information, more connection and more ways to enjoy the racing, whether they are at the stadium or following from further afield.
There is a commitment to making Racewall as amazing as possible on and off the track:
- The scoreboard is back in action after years out of service, helping fans keep track of the battle as the laps tick down. With the original technology provider long gone, bringing it back to life was no small task!
- The Racewall website has been refreshed, making it easier to stay up to speed.
- New PA system and speakers to make the commentary easier to hear
- A commitment to social media to deliver you the best action, gossip and information on upcoming events
- Stadium facilities have been improved, including upgrades to the toilets, resurfacing the track and pits, improving catering facilities as well as refurbishing the hospitality area.
These may be different kinds of changes, but they all share one purpose: making every visit to Racewall better for the people who matter most – our fans, drivers and staff.
And there is much more coming very soon.
Loyalty Scheme
A brand-new Racewall loyalty scheme is on its way, giving regular fans even more reason to be part of the action – and the perfect excuse to keep coming back.
Expect exclusive discounts, freebies and rewards for the supporters who make Racewall what it is.
Stadium Wi-Fi
We are installing customer Wi-Fi around the stadium – a major step forward at a venue where we know mobile signal and data can sometimes struggle, particularly on busy race days when demand is at its highest.
Racewall Turbo
We will launch Racewall Turbo: an electrifying new paid fan area for supporters who want to get closer than ever to the action.
Turbo delivers faster Wi-Fi, live scores and live commentary straight to your phone so you can hear every detail – even when the thunder of the track drowns out the loudspeakers. You can log in to Turbo from anywhere in the world, so even when you can’t be there in person, you’ll never miss a moment – whether you’re listening from your sunlounger or cheering from the sofa.
And this is only the beginning. More Turbo features are already in development, with even more ways to experience the noise, speed and drama of Racewall on the horizon.
On behalf of the Brewster family, Scott Brewster said: “We’re incredibly proud of Racewall, and we’re investing in technology to support its future. These improvements will enhance the experience for our fans and help make Racewall even stronger as Scotland’s top stock car racing venue.”
The roar of the engines will always be the heart of Racewall. The crunch of the contact, the flash of the floodlights, the cheers from the grandstand and the rush of the final lap are what make this place special.
Now, the technology powering that experience is finally catching up. 2027 is going to be incredible.
Buckle up and stay tuned!
