Free Carer Admission with Paid Adult Tickets
Free Carer Admission with Paid Adult Tickets.
Adult visitors who require an essential companion due to a disability are entitled to free admission for one accompanying carer when purchasing a full price adult, concession or disabled admission ticket.
Children under 12 are admitted free but must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 18 or over.
If a disabled guest requires an essential companion due to their disability, one carer will be admitted free.
For children under 12, the accompanying adult required under our supervision policy is expected to purchase a standard admission ticket, as this requirement applies to all children regardless of disability. Where a child’s disability means an additional essential companion is reasonably required to support their visit, that companion will be admitted free.
To qualify, one of the following documents must be shown at entry:
- A letter confirming receipt of Adult or Pension Age Disability Payment (from Social Security Scotland or the DWP)
- A PIP or Universal Credit letter that includes a carer’s element
- A Carer’s Allowance, Carer Support Payment, or Young Carer Grant award letter
- A ‘+1’ travel card
- An Access Card displaying the ‘+1’ symbol
Important:
If suitable evidence of eligibility cannot be provided, we may be unable to issue a complimentary essential companion ticket and standard admission charges will apply.
We recognise that every person’s circumstances are different. If this policy does not meet your needs, please contact us before your visit and we will be happy to discuss reasonable adjustments.

Two additional free car parks can be found by following the one-way road to the right of the stadium, up to Stenhouse Street – you can’t miss them!
Additional Parking
FREE spectator car park will be available at Chapel Street, with entry via Broad Street and a one-way exitsystem via Rowan Terrace.
Street parking is permitted, but please adhere to all parking restrictions.
Do not park on verges, block driveways, or obstruct access to properties.
Enforcement officers may issue fines or arrange for vehicles to be removed.
Disabled Parking
Disabled spaces are available in the public car park directly outside the stadium, on a first-come, first-served basis.
We recommend arriving early to secure a space.
